Refund Policy – Pushpendra Art Gallery
At Pushpendra Art Gallery, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized artwork to each of our customers. As our art is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if your artwork is damaged during delivery or if there is an issue with the final product, we will gladly replace or recreate the artwork for you.
Please carefully read our refund and replacement policy:
Due to the nature of our personalized artwork, all sales are final. Once an order is placed for customized art (including caricatures and sketches), it cannot be refunded. We ensure that each piece is made with the utmost care and attention to detail.
If your artwork is damaged during delivery or if there is a defect in the creation, we will either replace or recreate the artwork at no extra cost to you. Please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage or issue.
Damage or Defect: If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requesting Replacement: To initiate the replacement or recreation process, email us at pushpendraw@gmail.com with clear images of the damaged or defective artwork.
Replacement or Recreation: Once we have received your request and reviewed the issue, we will either recreate the artwork or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Customized Products: Cancellations for customized artwork are only accepted within 4 hours of the purchase. After this period, we begin the creation process and cannot accept cancellations.
Standard Products: If you ordered a non-customized product, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. After this time, cancellations are not possible.
As noted, customized artwork is non-refundable. Additionally, sale items or promotional items are non-refundable.
If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a replacement, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your replacement item.
